Jubilee Hosting Services offers a free wildcard SSL Certificate for every domain you host with us. That means our free SSL Certificate will protect all subdomains of all the domains you have in your hosting account with us. And by default, our free SSL certificate will automatically install on your hosting account upon activation, and renew automatically every 3 months.

However, in the event that this has not happened automatically for some reason, you can manually install or renew our free SSL Certificate using the following steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel
  2. Navigate to Security > SSL/TLS Status
  3. Click Run AutoSSL
  4. Wait until the page reloads

The page will automatically reload when the installation is complete. At this stage, you should be able to see whether the SSL was installed successfully or not. Check the SSL status icon to the left of every subdomain and also read through the corresponding comments on the left to confirm the status.

In the event that the SSL certificate installation fails, kindly wait for 5-10 minutes and retry.

Kindly note that the installation will only succeed if your domain is pointing and resolving to our servers.

If the installation or renewal keeps failing, please read this article to know the possible cause and solution.

Congratulations! You now know how to quickly install or renew our free SSL certificate.
