Placing an order with Jubilee Web Host is easy. There are two main options from which you can choose, including offline and online options.

The offline ordering process may involve walking into our office premisses and filling an order form, or alternatively making a telephone call to our Customer Support Team and requesting them to place your order. Whichever is easier on your side is acceptable. You may then complete payment by either cash to our Billing Team at office or using MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. The Mobile Money numbers will be shown on your invoice. Once payment has been received by our Billing Team, your accounts (Billing and Hosting) will be set up by our Team and Welcome E-mails sent to you. These will contain all the information you need to log in to both your Billing Account and Hosting Account (if you have ordered hosting).

The online option involves making your order directly from our website. This is the fastest and most convinient. All you need is access to the internet.

Please note that whichever option you choose, placing an order with us constitutes agreement to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
